51 and I'm all done... NO MO' YARDSALES... EVER!

Greetings all... again, too tired to post a picture. I survived the sale and grossed around $400 (net about 150 after the cost of paying kids to help me, placing an ad, etc.) Even though I'm happy to make a little money, I'm the most happy because the stuff is GONE! I parked in our garage last night! WOO-HOO. Now comes the hard part... not getting more stuff. Hope you're all having a great weekend. I'm going to bed (yes, it's 5:45 p.m.) Good night...

Estate Sale Preparations...

I'm too tired to go get my camera and upload a picture or two... this Saturday I'm having my own Estate Sale... really I'm just going crazy and getting rid of the CLUTTER around this house. It is already so refreshing... and I'm only 1/5 of the way done at the most! I posted an ad on Craigslist for the first time ever tonight.. woo hoo! Hope everyone has a nice week with this crisp weather.

This is the before picture of one part of the hill we are clearing for fire safety... it is CRAZY work... and the two friends above are doing a great job! They actually have to tie themselves to the trees at the top to go down the hill and clear the brush!

This morning the sunrise was so beautiful... this picture doesn't do it justice. When I went for the close up of the cool swirl near the bottom my camera chose the overhead wires to focus on instead of the cloud... irritating!

Unique Sunset and Leaf Blowing

I blew the leaves again yesterday (on my birthday) .... and beat the rain (again). Above are before and after pictures in the back yard. Below are two pictures of the sunset today that lasted only 8 minutes or so... I took these pictures while driving.

We were at Shen Hua and Rich blew bubbles. FUN! This was a couple of weeks ago, but I don't have anything new to blog. Once again, the top picture did not work as a video, but the one below IS a video clip.

This video did NOT upload... it's just a picture. I'm trying again below. Anyone who has not seen this play MUST attend. Greg is AMAZING!!! Truly AMAZING! That kid has talent! Can't wait until he's a famous actor with his own series of movies written by his big sister... It was nice to visit a bit with Greg and Iris and Gay before the show and during the break.

One question... why no brill cream to slick that hair down??? YOU WERE FANTASTIC GREG! I'm very impressed!
