I have such a crazy sore throat I can't go to Sacramento as planned. I will also miss Greg's choir concert (and I'm really sad). This throat virus is hideous! I am officially whining... Hope everyone else is well and will go to the concert tonight or tomorrow night.

Be sure to drink lots of water and add lemon juice if you have any lemons and get lots of rest and gargle with salt water and - get well fast. Too bad re Sac.
