Swimming, swimming, swimming...

Sure do love to swim during this hot weather! I have completed a little over five miles so far, and today plan to begin swimming a half mile at a time. Woo-Hoo! Last week I "rode" the exercise bike one mile before swimming... and survived! So exciting! Not to much new here... work, swim, enjoy life, that's all!

Remeber Tang? The powdered drink we all loved and never got to drink because it was too expensive? It has cleaned my dishwasher beyond imagination. I dumped about a cup of dry Tang mix in the dishwasher and ran a heavy duty cycle... WHITE DISHWASHER NOW! Many of you know it was almost literally BLACK from the hard water/iron build up. So amazing... I just wonder what Tang does to our guts... LOL... Our shower is also looking a million times better, although it's not done yet. Sure wish I had taken before and after pictures! By the way, I swam 1/2 mile on Monday... too far... but I did it.

Wow... I swam 28 laps today which equals 3/8 mile! Woo-Hoo!

The first graduation last week... Alex graduated from Whitney High School in Rocklin on Thursday, June 4, 2009.

Since Julie doesn't blog... I told her I was gonna BRAG about her straight A's on my blog... Yup, she got all A's on 18 units of some tough stuff at Sonoma State! Congratulations, Jewels! P.S. I just posted this to Remembering Russell Blog by accident... LOL... sure glad I noticed!
