Weird weather and Prolo

This crazy weather deserved a blog. It is so odd... but oh well. Not too much new going on around here. We enjoyed a great weekend with Rich... didn't do a whole lot, but had a nice time. I have been having Prolo Therapy into my neck/shoulders/back for four weeks, and YAY it really is helping. By the time I see you all at Janet's graduation stuff I will be joining you for the hike! Well, perhaps I exaggerate! Yesterday morning Jeff and I prayed that I would have less pain during treatment, and HONESTLY it was a miracle: NO TEARS and NO SCREAMS/MOANS. It was amazing. So thankful. Anyway, hello to all, and hope you're figuring out how to deal with this weather. We have lots and lots of work for the trucks (Thank you God) but the office work is NOT overwhelming. To you other family bloggers, thank you for being more consistent than me. See you soon... Oh, here is a link to our friend Rodney's Prolo web page if you're interested to learn more about the shots...

It was such fun having that brief visit with you and Rich Sunday! It seems quite wonderful what that prolo stuff is doing for you! I will check out your doctor.

I'm incredibly out of shape, so we decided to do a less intense hike of only a few miles, round-trip, but with lots of bush whacking...

I'm glad the prolo is getting easier, and I hope it stays less painful for future shots!

Just don't try playing "prolo" in Words with Friends.
